What data I collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, I collect the following information:

- Your phone number (optional)
- The content of your message
I do not use cookies, tracking tools, or analytics on this website.
Why I collect it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to arrange an initial appointment. I do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties, except for the form processing service described below.
Legal basis
Processing your data is based on your consent, given by submitting the contact form, and on my legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Form processing
This website uses Web3Forms to process contact form submissions. Your data is transmitted securely and is not stored by Web3Forms beyond what is needed to deliver it to me.
How long I keep your data
If no therapeutic relationship is established, I will delete your contact details within 6 months of our last communication. If therapy begins, your data is retained in accordance with applicable professional and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
