Individual Therapy

Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a space dedicated to you, to your story, to the different parts of yourself. It's a place to bring, at your own pace and in your own way, difficulties and struggles, whether they have been with you for a long time, or have emerged following a crisis or a life change. It's also a place to explore questions, uncertainties, wishes and desires.

Individual therapy

I work with clients facing a wide range of emotional difficulties and life challenges, including depression, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, and a sense of being stuck; difficulties in intimate relationships, parenting, and other interpersonal relationships; questions of self-esteem, identity, belonging, and meaning; as well as life crises and major transitions, such as grief and loss, separation, job loss, immigration or relocation, becoming a parent, career crossroads, and changes associated with different stages of life.

Therapy is not only about coping with difficulties, it can also offer an opportunity to expand your sense of choice, and find ways of living more closely in line with what matters most to you.

Sessions take place at my practice in Haarlem, or online, depending on where you are and what works best for you, in English, Hebrew or Russian.
